Happie Vibes Return & Refund Policy

At Happie Vibes, every artwork is created, printed, and packaged with professional care and quality checks.
Since most of our creations are custom-made or produced on demand, this policy ensures fair treatment for both our valued customers and the artist, while safeguarding against misuse or fraudulent refund requests.


1. General Policy

All purchases made through www.happievibes.com are subject to the terms below.
By placing an order, you agree to our policies regarding refunds, returns, and replacements.

Our commitment is to resolve genuine issues promptly — but because our art is made-to-order, refunds are restricted to specific conditions only.


2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • You received the wrong product or size.
  • The artwork has major visible printing or manufacturing defects.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the artistic and custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks
  • Personalized or made-to-order prints
  • Limited-edition or hand-signed products
  • Digital downloads or e-gifts
  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling, sunlight, humidity, or framing errors

Color or tone variations from screen display to actual product are normal due to monitor differences and do not qualify as defects.


4. Return Process

Once your request is approved:

  1. We’ll send a confirmation email with return instructions.
  2. You must return the product within 7 days using reliable packaging.
  3. After inspection, we’ll process a replacement or refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
If the returned product fails inspection (e.g., used, tampered, or missing parts), the refund will be declined.


5. Responsibility for Shipping Costs

  • For damaged or incorrect items — Happie Vibes covers full return shipping.
  • For all other eligible returns — the customer bears return postage.
    We strongly recommend using trackable shipping; lost return parcels cannot be refunded.

6. International Orders (Outside India)

For customers in the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia:

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are your responsibility.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for unclaimed or refused parcels due to customs or tax issues.
  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos/videos for claim verification.
  • Refunds are processed in INR (Indian Rupees); any currency conversion or gateway fees are borne by the customer.

7. Exchange Policy

If your artwork qualifies for a replacement (e.g., damaged or wrong product):

  • We’ll ship a new item at no extra cost, once the issue is verified.
  • If the same artwork is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

No exchanges are allowed for personal preference, color, or composition differences.


8. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days.
Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment processor (PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.).


9. Fraud & Misuse Prevention

To protect our artists and prevent policy abuse:

  • Refunds will not be issued for fake or edited damage claims.
  • All refund requests are verified through packaging photos and courier data.
  • Repeat refund-abuse accounts may be permanently blacklisted.

We reserve the right to deny a claim if adequate proof is not provided or the product has been intentionally altered or damaged after receipt.


10. Force-Majeure Clause

In cases of events beyond our control (natural disasters, customs holds, strikes, courier restrictions, etc.), Happie Vibes may delay or decline refunds until normal service resumes.

Cancellation Policy — Happie Vibes

At Happie Vibes, each artwork is made-to-order or custom printed exclusively for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, production begins shortly after an order is placed.
This policy defines when and how an order may be cancelled and the related conditions.


1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided production or packaging has not begun.
  • After 12 hours, or once the order status shows “In Production,” “Packed,” or “Dispatched,” cancellation is not permitted.
  • If you placed the order by mistake or need a correction, contact us immediately at:

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following categories cannot be cancelled under any circumstance:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks
  • Personalized or made-to-order prints
  • Limited-edition or hand-signed products
  • Pre-orders or back-orders
  • Orders already shipped or assigned a tracking ID

This rule is compliant with EU/UK consumer law exemptions for customized goods and Indian E-Commerce Rules, 2020.


3. Cancellation Charges

For approved cancellations (within 12 hours):

  • A 3–5% deduction may apply to cover non-refundable payment-gateway fees (PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, etc.).
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. International Orders

  • Once an international shipment has been booked or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, due to export documentation and customs restrictions.
  • If a package is refused or unclaimed at customs, any return or re-import cost will be deducted before issuing a partial refund.
  • Refunds for international cancellations are made in INR (Indian Rupees); conversion or bank charges are borne by the customer.

5. Force-Majeure Clause

Happie Vibes reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The artwork is unavailable or damaged prior to dispatch,
  • There are payment authorization issues, or
  • Shipping to your location becomes restricted due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, customs bans).
    In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days.
Processing time depends on your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.


7. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation, email us with:

  • Your Order ID
  • The exact name and email used for the order
  • Reason for cancellation

A cancellation is valid only after written confirmation from the Happie Vibes support team.
